What to expect
What is the Bodha Method? +
The Bodha Method is Naga's 8–12 week integrative wellness programme. It combines five pillars — nutritional therapy, qigong, breathwork, sleep coaching and Jungian depth psychology — into one personalised journey. It's designed for people navigating anxiety, depression, burnout or chronic fatigue who have tried single-modality approaches and found them insufficient.
Do you offer online sessions? +
Yes. All Naga treatments — including the Bodha Method, nutritional therapy consultations, breathwork and coaching — are available online worldwide, in English, French and Dutch. In-person sessions are available in Boquete, Panama.
What conditions do you work with? +
Naga works primarily with anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, burnout, sleep disorders, chronic tension and people seeking deeper self-understanding through Jungian psychology and shadow work. All treatments are designed to complement — not replace — conventional medical care.
What is shadow work? +
Shadow work is a concept from Jungian psychology — the process of exploring the unconscious parts of the self: the emotions, impulses and patterns we've learned to suppress. At Naga, shadow work is integrated into depth psychology coaching as part of the Bodha Method, helping clients understand recurring patterns in their behaviour, relationships and emotional responses.
How is this different from therapy? +
Naga's approach is holistic and integrative — working with body and mind simultaneously through multiple modalities. Mounir Afkir is a holistic wellness practitioner, not a licensed psychotherapist. The work is suitable for those who want to build resilience and address the physical and psychological dimensions of chronic stress, anxiety and burnout. For acute mental health crises, conventional psychological support is always recommended first.
What does a first session look like? +
Every new client begins with a free discovery call — 20–30 minutes to understand where you are and which approach fits best. No commitment, no pressure. All sessions include an intake, a personalised plan and follow-up.
Where are you based and what languages do you work in? +
Naga is based in Boquete, Panama, with regular presence in Belgium. Sessions are conducted in English, Dutch and French. Online sessions are available worldwide.
Healing is not a destination. It is a direction — and it begins the moment you decide to stop managing yourself and start listening.— Naga
