QI-GONG

Together we build your daily routine and strengthen your body-mind connection.

This way you will improve your “body-mind-soul” balance with very accessible exercises.

Through the movements of qi-gong you establish or improve the flow of energy throughout your system; the body. These energy systems, called chakras, establish the connection between the mind, body, and soul.

In Buddhism, the mind, body, and soul are intimately connected.

NUTRITION

We distinguish between General Nutrition and Special Nutrition. General nutrition relies on food science and focuses on macro- and micronutrients. The macronutrients are protein, fat and carbohydrate and provide the necessary calories. Micronutrients include vitamins, minerals and other substances. Special Nutrition focuses on dietary rules, nutritional advice and practical tips.

After a short introduction, we review your nutrition, I share my advice and finally, we discuss the improvements. We end the session by turning solutions into your goals.

In the media, we are overwhelmed with terms like 'conscious', 'healthy', '0 percent fat', 'omega-3 and omega-6', 'light', 'super foods', ... A lot is said and written about nutrition and one hype after another shoot up like mushrooms. Cookbooks promise you a healthy and happy life. Nutritional triangles and hourglasses try to bring some overview and guidelines, although even that doesn't make things completely clear for some people. Not seldom, do those guidelines also contradict each other, making it difficult to still see the forest for the trees.

What Naga can mean for you is a fresh look that leads to more insight. No diets, no gurus, no hypes. We go back to basics: what exactly do you as a person (and species) need to be healthy and have your body functions work optimally? Which substances are best suited to use as nutrients and building blocks right now?

GUIDED MEDITATION

I will learn you 2 basic meditation techniques; body scan & energy-flow. We will perform the meditation and afterwards I will give you all the necessary information for you to do them yourself. We will also plan a follow-up to see how you are doing.
