Face yoga traces its origins back to ancient Eastern practices that emphasise the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and soul. Just as traditional yoga seeks to harmonize the body's energies, face yoga targets the intricate network of muscles beneath the skin's surface to promote facial tone, relaxation, and rejuvenation. We work on 3 levels; auto massage, acupressure and muscle relaxation/strengthing.

Face yoga is a mindful ritual that invites individuals to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance.

What can you expect?

An overall treatment composed to increase overall tone and glow and decrease wrinkles. We will have a first session of 2 hours and a follow-up session of 30 minutes.
